The Insurance Alliance has always provided my family and I with excellent customer service and great rates. They have always responded quickly with any questions and explained all my options. I would definitely recommend Jason Cass and The Insurance Alliance to my friends and family members. However, I don't have many friends and I hate most of my family. Travis and his team are amazing professionals. I received a homeowners insurance quote 1700 dollars higher than what Travis was able to quote me, and then, when that still didn't satisfy my mortgage lender, he found a different policy type and lowered the quote another 200 dollars. I could not be more pleased with the service at The Insurance Alliance. I feel they are most definitely one of those teams that will go above and beyond for the customer.

I had a great experience with this company. I had them quote my home and auto. Not only were they able to save me money from my current company, they were also able to get me more coverage. Sean Hobson reviewed my current policy and made a few suggestions on how to better protect my assets. I highly recommend working with him. He was great!

JDC insurance group has been wonderful to work with. As an insurance broker, they can shop all of the best companies to get you the best rates. We have saved significantly on our home and auto insurance since switching over to JDC. In addition, the customer service is excellent. My experience with Sean at Insurance Alliance was great! I was frustrated with my insurance because I went online to make a simple update to my auto insurance policy which was to change my mailing address. By making this small change it made my monthly payment increase by $55! All because I changed my mailing address I thought to myself...what does my address have to do with my auto insurance policy I was upset with the increase and asked to shop around for a better deal. That's when Sean called me and told me that not only would he be able to lower my monthly payment but also would be able to increase my coverage AND add renters insurance....and still have a lower monthly payment. I will admit I was skeptical at first. Sure enough, he came through for me and saved the day. My coverage limits were increased, my policy premium was lowered (substantially), and I added a renters insurance policy. I would highly recommend contacting Sean to see if he can help you like he helped me. Thanks again Sean!

The Insurance Alliance has been such a great provider for us! Not only have we saved so much money by switching to them, but we had an accident over the Thanksgiving holiday and the driver that hit us was not insured. Our Agent kept in constant contact with us, told us how to handle the claim and got us in touch with Progressive claims specialists to get our deductible back! The entire process (which could have been a nightmare with the uninsured driver) turned out to be the very reason we will always be customers with The Insurance Alliance and Progressive!
