It’s very hard to find an insurance carrier that is as fair and trustworthy as “The Horton Group”. I’ve had to interface with my support team on a rate question and also for a claim on a hailstorm that affected my home….both times I’ve received exceptional service from my account team at Horton. No long waits..no runaround. Quick fair and reasonable disbursement of funds on a claim if required.
Their rates are fair for my home and auto.
Information about my account is received regularly in USMail and email…no lack of information.
Their office is a great place to meet in Orland Park and the people there are very professional in manner and demeanor.
I recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for insurance.

My rates went way up. I asked Horton to put my account out for bid. They came back with better rates and coverage. When i told my old brokerage firm I wasn't renewing with them, they asked me what company I was switching to. They said they could match that coverage at the same price. They couldn't answer me as to why they didn't offer that coverage up front. I switched Horton and am very happy with their service.
