I went into the branch with 1 other guy and he was greeted with the pleasantries of southern charm, upsold on a credit card offer that he didn’t take advantage of, asked what denominations he wanted to receive his withdrawal in and wished a enjoyable time on Dauphin Island; I on the other wasn’t greeted, upsold, asked if I needed anything else or extended well wishes. The experience felt like an episode of “Them”! The 50’s called and they want there ism’s back. Do better! Money is green and customer service is key. I won’t be back to this branch.
