For some reason my prior rating hasn’t been publicly posted. I have never had a worst insurance agent. Allstate alone isn’t a bad insurance but the agents at this branch aren’t professional or willing to help and find what’s best for the customers needs.They laughed at me when I was frustrated trying to figure out my changes to my policy and won’t even consider giving me a call back. I am told always to call but never get answered I leave voice mails and they act as if I haven’t or they haven’t heard them. I have my own records on my phone that prove different. I as well tried calling customer service after I got off the phone with this branch and got redirected to the branch itself with the same manager who laughed and told me we just spoke. I have officially switched over to different agent and couldn’t be more relieved knowing someone actually helped me out and made me understand the changes on my policy.
