Well to be honest with you, I had talked to an Allstate agent about a month and a half before I joined Allstate. I actually did not like the quote I got from that agency. They couldn't work with me. So I went to Progressive for my auto insurance. Not happy but they gave me $10 less then Allstate. This is when Del Monico called me. I was happy to hear from professionals. You actually heard my story. You actually gave me my old payment back. Well actually $6 more but no one came close.what you gave me. So after a month with Progressive and it was that quick I left them and came on board with Allstate. You guys are the best.

Had medical issues was down on my back couldn't walk or stand. My lungs were at 30% oxygen intake. I missed my payments. They had my insurance canceled and caused my registration to have issues. I'm better and tried to pay my bills. They wouldn't cover me. In today's economy and worldly chaios , they make it harder to get covered. . Avoid this agency.

I've had insurance through here for a while now and I have no complaints. The app is user friendly and easy to use. But for me it's the relationship with the agents that is the most important, I've had the pleasure of signing up through a great agent, his name is Marshall Laister, he really took the time to sit down and talk to my wife and i and really explain the whole process and how it works to be insured with them. We are on the mile wise program and it's awesome! Thank you again Marshall you rock man and thank you again for answering all of our random questions and concerns we really appreciate you man!

I received a text from this agency to sign up for insurance I liked the price and coverages in the beginning. However I was never told that I would be charged by the miles and would have a monitor placed on my vehicles. anyways I discover that later after I had paid the six month policy of $1400 up front..
when I called to cancel 2 days prior to the policy starting they apologized for not disclosing the information in the initial sign up and said the would mail me the $1400 dollars. well they sent the check to the wrong address its april 20 its been close to a month and im still short on the $1400 dollars.

the insurance agents are just desperate to sell you the policy without explaining it I ill also file a complaint directly with allstate

Called to have my insurance quoted expecting the usual run around. I was given an honest competitive quote for home and auto and ways I could save money on both. I felt to up sell and was actually happy to not only save a bit of money but not have the usual sales tactics played with me. I highly recommend giving this Allstate office a chance to save you money too!
