I have never seen an insurance company that does not follow up with their clients & when they do it via text messages and not speaking directly with the agent. I personally like handling business with a live person however when I did call no one ever answered the phone. I would leave voice messages and still no call back. Seems as if you get most communication through text.

I been with this company for about a month and now having to find new insurance due to a third party that insured me canceling me based on an accident that occurred last year. I would expect the policy to increase but not cancel in which the agent at Crestwood shared she will reach out to another insurance company to see if I could get insured else where. It’s been two weeks and still no call back nor follow up. Unfortunately they seem to be a third party insurance company.

Called Jenny on a Tuesday, by Thursday she had my new policy started and MUCH cheaper than anyone else I called. She is so sweet and so quick. I would absolutely recommend her!
