As l have been working overseas in Turkey for several months, my emails were blocked. I didn't have an idea what was going on until my housekeeper informed me of the yellow notices. When l called, Brandie walked me through
the hearings l missed, all the notices etc. I had no idea on anything until I had my daughter read it to me after Brandie informed me of the circumstances. Very professional, efficient, and extremely helpful, it doesn't get much better than this.

She identified problems (some mine and some in the system) and helped me solve them in a knowledgeable, unhurried (but efficient), and very courteous way.
