I’ve been a loyal customer with two auto insurance policies and a home insurance policy for several years, but my experience recently has been incredibly frustrating. My vehicle was removed from the policy without my knowledge or consent, and despite reaching out to the office multiple times over the past six months, I’ve received no follow-up.

I’m always promised a call back, but it never happens. This lack of communication has made it impossible for me to resolve the issue, and it’s now hindering my ability to get new rates for a car I’m trying to purchase.

To make matters worse, I’m being tied to claims associated with the other policyholder that I had nothing to do with. This could all be resolved if someone simply took the time to address my concerns. The lack of accountability and follow-up is unacceptable, and I’m deeply disappointed with the service I’ve received.

I have been with State Farm for YEARS so long I cannot remember. I followed my uncle and other family members here. Whenever I need anything I won’t speak to no one but Tamika! i had the pleasure of connecting with tameka a couple months back, for my auto insurance, i had postpone the date of my policy starting and cancel my initial coverage she made sure it got handled, and that i received my full refund. A couple months later when i came back, not only was she right back on top of it, but got me an even lower rate for my full coverage, and exhibited immense patience and kindness throughout.
