EXTREMELY DIFFICULT YO ACCESS YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A SENIOR OR DO IN PERSON BUSINESS. There is no visible signage from the street. There's a small sign on the front door once you walk up. It's a Charles Schwab office. Anything related to TD Ameritrade they send you to a phone agent. It is more effective to stay away from this brokerage, work. Withdrawing money takes 2 days to settle a trade, another business day to 'process' the withdrawal, then you need to request a transfer and get a check 7 business days later. Essentially about 2 weeks to withdraw a large sum without paying a fat wire fee. Payments to you take forever to process. The branch can't cut checks to customers, but they'll gladly take your money, FAST! They have a check reading machine on the counter! Kinda funny how that works.

Not good. I had never placed a trade there before. The broker told me there was a $25 commission. Only after I agreed to it, and the equity was purchased, did the agent inform me. I could have avoided the fee, had I done this online. Not pleased to be informed, AFTER the fact.

They have two offices in San Diego. My broker met me there and he is a great guy. Our account has done very well in the short time we have been together. Looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship. His name is Derek Wilhelm.

This online broker keeps getting worse every year. I wake up one day and half of money is missing. I call them multiple times but every time they come up with different answer. The issue is still not resolved.
