After being assured by their sales person that they would collect my debt at no cost to me by also collecting late fees from my customer, they only paid me a percentage of what was due and treated me very rudely; failing to return calls & emails, failing to follow through on subsequent promises, and acting more like thugs thank professionals. Better Business Bureau tried to get them to honor their commitment to me, but Taylor, Ricci ignored them. They are shysters. UPDATE: After posting this negative review, I received a threatening letter from a Taylor, Ricci lawyer which I ignored.

Horrible results, complete lack of follow through paid them $1562 for collections on two different cases back in February of 2017. I have not even heard from Taylor Ricci or their collection company Express Case Forwarders in over a year.

Last time I talked to them they said it was in progress and we should be getting a judgement any day. Every time I talk to them all I get is excuses. I would not waste your money trying to use these guys for collections. I have a feeling I will be out the money I was not paid by the customers and also out the money I paid Taylor Ricci & Associates.

I had another case that they handled that took seven years to get paid and by the time it was said and done I broke even, a complete waste of time and money. They told me I would get interest and that all fees would be paid by the debtor but in the end that did not happen.

Do not believe a word that their sales person tells you.

After informing them NOT call others on this matter they still continue to harass my bf while he is at work. Bill is n my name, I've made arrangements w them an I kept my end of the agreement. That's not good enough for anyone at this company. They all are extremely rude, threaten and ask if u have ur check book handy after I have mailed in a payment plus sent them a text with the picture of the money order. I was informed by these guys if they don't get another payment by such an such date they are going to add more money into my bill an they will do away with our arrangement! I've told them I'm on disability an only get paid once a month. I'm on the verge of contacting my attorney if they continue to harass.

DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I am small business owner from Utah that has been scammed out of $900.00 for up front legal cost. Trust me run, run, run, run, don't look back. I am not lying to you! This company is a telemarking company that gets rich off of innocent people.

Consumer beware!!!! I was contacted about 2 years ago by this company promising that were the best collection company around. So, being a trusting individual that I am giving people a chance I thought I would give these guys an opportunity to collect some of my company debt. They said I would need me to send them money overnight approx. $900.00 cover court cost but that I would get it back when they settled my case. (2 years later I haven't seen a penny) I trusted them knowing that I might not ever see the money again. Shame on me! Anyway, I left a negative review on google about their services several months ago. Well I got a letter from an attorney Adam C. Aparicio representing their company stating that they did collect a debt of the amount of $3579.00 from my client. He (Adam C. Aparicio) went on to say that they would pay us our money if we take off the negative review. Are you really kidding me!!!!!
Highway robbery at its best!!!!!! I didn't act on the insane request!!!!!! Further more the amount owed to me by debtor was for $6089.03. Who even authorized the settlement? The next problem I have is Taylor Ricci and Associates think they have the right to hold my money as ransom because of a negative review. That's illegal as all get out!!!! I hope this review warns any future possible customer to run as fast as you can from this dishonest company!

We used them as a collection service for our business. Taylor Ricci collected the outstanding balance from our customer but Taylor Ricci will not pay us the amount due after their fee. Each time I call they say it is with their finance team. Call in a month. I would never use this company again.

Worst company ever, I have amassed so many emails from me inquiring as to the status of both my accounts and never received anything positive. I even paid the extra $700.00 dollars for the lawyer fees in an effort to get my money from a past client that was out of state. Only thing is that he is not out of state and they lied to me. Total frauds, dont use them. So tired of their rude phone calls as well. And they never email me back.

Taylor Ricci and associates being a collection agency and all understood my financial situation. I know it feels good to bash them for being who they are but they also care for the debtors. I've had several debt collection companies come at me and these folks provide mutual respect. I appreciate that and I even agreed to give them a review. Thanks Taylor ricci.

These hacks had me erroneously confused with someone else with the same name. After calling and sending a letter of collection they would not contact me back apologizing for their mix up nor acknowledge their mistake. I understand California is wanting to secede from the Union, GOOD! The sooner the better and take this bunch of losers with you!
