JC was great. Answered all of my questions and made me feel confident I was filing correctly. I was at the office 40 minutes and he walked through my forms, answered all my questions, set up my federal and state payment plans and filed my taxes. Fast and effective.

I was referred to Taxpros Plus by a coworker who has been using their services for years. From the moment I called, I felt welcomed and I knew I was in the hands of professionals! They have always offered me convenient appointments (even when it was close to tax day and I’m sure they were very busy)!

Jean has explained everything to me and answered all of my questions patiently and with exceptional knowledge. He even looked into a matter I had during a previous tax year for me although it was prior to me ever being their client.

Their office is conveniently located right off the freeway in San Clemente. It’s a little bit of a drive from where I work, but it is worth it. They have plenty of free parking so that’s never an issue.

They are prompt to respond via text or phone when I reach out to them. I even love the little reminders they send to me during the year - sometimes with a little (useful!) gift like a magnet with a beautiful photo of the pier, a glasses cloth, and a few others. I hate when businesses send you junk that is cheap and ends up in the trash - and this is never the case with these guys!

Their fee was very reasonable and affordable.

Hopefully I won’t always wait until the last minute to call them, but I know if I do, they are still just as friendly and accommodating as if I were calling well before tax day!

I want to express my deepest appreciation to Brenda for her dedication and the amount of time she spent with me in reviewing my past taxes which was done by another tax preparer. Brenda quickly knew something was off but she dug deeper and found that there had been a mistake on the previous taxes which carried over for the past three years. Brenda worked diligently with my previous tax preparer in trying to get the past taxes corrected.
I am forever, grateful in finding TaxPros and Brenda‘s kindness, patience and extreme professionalism is why I will continue to go back to TaxPros. As a wonderful bonus I have also been working with J.J. Who is guiding me in how to invest my money wisely.
