Well I have to say, this is probably the best insurance agency I've ever worked with. Scott range has done things for me that no other insurance agent could do he's got me out of bad insurance situations by telling me the correct policies with the correct companies. He is probably hands down one of the best insurance agents I've ever worked with. I just want to thank him for many years of exemplary service

Would not recommend them. I was a loyal long time customer and when I asked Scott to check into another insurance company to see if I could get a better rate. He said he would call back in 2 days. After 11 days I called him only to have him giggle and admit he should have called me back. I tried to talk to one of the Taake brothers and was told he would call after he got off the phone. After 9 more days I went with another insurance company because they never called. I guess they don't make enough off of repeat customers. When I called and canceled the ladies who answered were very helpful.

The stay ahead of the game with suggestions about insurance options and changes in coverage to get us the best rates and coverage possible. Mandy is so willing to answer questions and take the time to help. I highly recommend them for any of your insurance needs.

We had a terrible flood in our home after Christmas and had a lot of personal items damaged and they were great about paying for them. The house had to be completely redone.
Such a loss is so traumatic, and they have been generous and supportive through it all. My parents owned the home before I bought it, and they used Taake, so I used them also. I'm so glad I stuck with them! I've never seen such personal service with an insurance company.

Beware!!! Not a Christian based company. Dont let the name fool you. It definitely got me. No patience, owner has a huge ego! He said he owns the place but I'm not sure. Name starts with an "R". He is Rude and extremely impatient. If it doesn't go exactly his way he's willing to completely leave you in the lurch. Horrible customer service! Please don't ever use this company. He is willing to put you, the customer, at a disadvantage for his own benefit.

I had to keep rescheduling with his bc of the inconvenience of the times he picked to me, closest car have been paid for rented out by other customers so he just kept picking days that were not beneficial for me then on the final day before he cancelled our appointment, which mind you gets my claim cancelled. Left bc I was 2 minutes late, never offered to come back when I live an hour away to bring him the car so he could do his job he was hired to do. And I'm pretty sure he'll still get paid for it. Never tried to come out to my home mind you. Just keep in mind, his customer service is horrible, he pretends to care about the customer until it no longer benefits him and he will definitely desert you and could care less if he does. No patience. No character, no integrities. He also complained that it cost him money to come out here, but isn't that a part of your business to travel to? People don't waste your money in this company. He is selfish, he is rude, and he most definitely will let you down. If you want to just lose money, you'd be better off just throwing it in the sewer, but he might be down there to find it.
