I was advised this morning that they only go by their system not by IRS regulation. Ummm..... Don't expect them to call you if they have a question about where an investment should go, even if they have before every year for 10 years They will assume and put it in whatever account they want. Don't rely on what they tell you on the phone either. You will get multiple stories and told multiple things. This company has gone down hill FAST!!

This firm is useless. I didn't even open an account with them, my father did when I was underage. No idea why but I never got access to the account, which fine, whatever. But then they send me an email saying they're gonna give my assets to the state, so I call them. After giving me practically no info, they tell me that I can't do anything to stop the assets from going to the state and that my Dad needs to fix things since he's in charge of the account. Cool, so go bother him. But they refused, they told me it was my responsibility to bother my dad. They won't give me access to my account without my dad. They won't give me my assets and they won't contact him. At this stage, I think it's almost easier to deal with the state government than dealing with these idiots. I was hung up on multiple times by their staff and no one would take a complaint or even help me. This company has left a sour taste in my mouth and when I finally get my money from whatever avenue that may be, I will not be reinvesting it into this company. They have burnt that bridge and I will not see my money or the money of anyone I know be wasted by these uncaring people.

That being said, I've had good experiences with Charles Schwab and Fidelity Mutual. I highly recommend if you're looking at this review to go check out one of those companies and receive a better experience.

It’s an awful place to have your 401k benefits. Not only are the returns abysmal at best, my stocks at vanguard made more money than these horrible funds they offer. And how dare you charge me money to withdraw my money you scammers!?!

Just awful. Stay away.

By the way t Rowe price is the 401k plan for aspen dental.

Company failure. All I have been trying to do is stop my contribution to my 401(k) and for the last six months they’ve told me that there’s a glitch in the system, or that their associate sent my paperwork to the wrong department I’ve contacted three associates and one manager and the manager basically said that it was my payroll departments fault but I had checked with them and they said the last interaction they had with T. Rowe Price was 10 months ago. I would highly look into some other company if you’re going to invest your money you do not want your financial institute telling you that there’s a glitch in their system and that’s why your money continues to be drawn out over six months.

T. Rowe Price’s current business model is to make it as difficult as possible for you to access YOUR own money. Lock me out of my retirement account and give me the same runaround over and over despite spending hours on the phone, on hold, and waiting to hear back for WEEKS! They’ll be one of the dominoes to fall in the imminent banking collapse. Withdraw your cash while you can!

I waited quite a long time and transferred a couple times, just to be told to check online. So they set me up for online access. Good Heisman move, ty for your help. My question went unanswered and I'll just guess. Where is the eye roll emoji on this keyboard?
