This company used to be Maroevich, O'Shea and Coghlan - MOC Insurance Services who is now under a new name : Symphony Risk Solutions. From day 1 the woman in this office was disorganized. It took many emails to get the insurance set up correctly. Following that, upon renewal, I was double billed. She set me up on annual autobilling without letting me know. They sent me a paper invoice, I mailed a check, and my credit card was charged that same week. That took time to sort out and she didn't know how to find out if a refund check had been issued or if I was going to see a credit on my card. I had to dispute the charge to correct it: this employee did not have the skills to effectively perform her job. The following year, I wanted to upgrade my policy after someone in the same industry made a policy recommendation. They quoted me, then billed me, then deleted it off my policy without notice, and issued me a credit. I had to work on it for a long time to get it added back to my policy. As if this was not enough, their carrier decided to cancel my policy this year due to something they think they saw from Google earth. Totally unfounded. No on site inspection, no appeal assitance, and the insurance company made no effort to help find a replacement policy. She just told me to call the underwriter and deal with it. Isn't that what you pay your agent to do? We all know the state of CA has insurance woes. Symphony Risk Solutions has no concern for their portfolio health nor do they have any level of customer service.
