Sydney was great! I needed to switch insurance providers and Sydney and her office were amazing the whole way through! She sat down with me and went over all my insurance needs and what the best package for me was. Insurance can be tough to navigate, and know exactly what you are getting; but Sydney took the time to explain my coverage, and the reasons behind why I may or may not need certain coverages. Everyone in the office is great and definitely makes you feel like family! 5 stars and I would definitely recommend Sydney to anyone looking for any kind of insurance.

Sydney and her team were incredibly helpful with all of our insurance needs. As a military family, we move often which means our insurance needs to be updated just as often. Sydney assisted us with our renters insurance and car insurance while stationed in California. Then, when we moved out of state, she went above and beyond to help us transfer our insurance by providing us an excellent agent in our new state. She has even been extremely helpful and responsive in answering questions despite us not being in CA at the moment. I highly recommend working with Sydney and her team. You won’t be disappointed!

Sydney is awesome to work with. Sydney was able to get me a better deal for home insurance. My new policy cost less than what my previous home insurance provider was charging and provides more coverage. So I'm really happy about that. Sydney also helped me find a life insurance policy which has provided me with peace of mind knowing that my family will be okay if something were to happen to me. Sydney made all of this very easy to do which was great with my busy schedule. I would highly recommend those looking for insurance products to reach out to Sydney and her team. Sydney is simply THE BEST! What I loved about working with her is her transparency and honesty. She walked me step by step (so patiently) and answered the million of questions I had. Everyone at Sydney Frangieh’s office is always nice and helpful. They always go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Brenda helped me with my life insurance policy, she sent me many quotes and explained the pro’s and con’s of each policy. Overall I am super happy with Sydney as my agent and her team.

Sydney was a joy to work with - helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and very understanding of the frustration that choosing a new policy can bring. Such a big contrast to the big insurance companies that hardly give you any attention/time of day - Sydney made sure I was aware of all the intricacies of the insurance and was comfortable making my choice. Our new agent Sydney, who took over after our previous agent Rick Carter retired, did a wonderful job going over all our policies during an in-person visit. She was thorough, efficient and very personable. She went through everything to give us the best coverage at the best price. As we are retired we appreciated this extra effort.
