They promised a long term relationship, but after we committed much time to collecting and transferring data, they bailed. They took a lot of getting used to and doing things a different way, they made us repeat conversations which were already had over, resent correspondence which had been sent…. A lot of extra work on our part. And when we finally got a system going they dropped us with little worming and no explanation. They were very difficult to work with and as it turns out not worth the effort.

They’re just awful to work with. Their customer facing team is utterly useless, never providing useful support or information. They charge tons of money and do nothing to earn it. Take your business anywhere else!

Requested a partial payout from 401K for college tuition 4 weeks ago. Everything done on employer end same day as request. Sunwest sat on it for over 3 weeks doing nothing. When I called to inquire as to where the money was, snotty girl on phone tells me "it was wired 5 days ago into your bank account, if its not there you need to contact your bank. Its not our problem." "Really I said, Can you tell me the name of the bank you wired it to?" She says No. I said do you know why you cant tell me? No answer. I say, "You cant tell me the name of the bank, because I've never given you any banking information for you to use for any type of transfer." Dead Silence. Then she says," Oh we mailed it on the 5th". It's now the 12th. Still no check from two states away. I've mailed things to England faster then that. Out Come of this fiasco, missed deadline for paying tuition and will now have to wait for the winter quarter to start. Lousy company. Wish my 401K was any where else.
