Megan claimed she knew about therapy for special needs children, however her answers didn't satisfy me at all. She just recommended gold plans for me, which I would be ending up losing $$$$ a year with my son's medical necessity if I listened to her. My acquaintance had the same experience.
I was very disappointed with her service and I will never contact her again.

Megan is just amazing. She helped me get my dad on medicare and my mom onto private insurance. It felt so convoluted and an uphill battle but she was able to make it all of it digestable. It took WEEKS to get everything sorted but she never lost patience and spent hours on the phone with BCBS to figure out how to get things resolved. It was such luck to have found her!

I recently transferred several insurance policies to SunGolde. With my previous insurer, I had very little understanding of my coverage, and it was difficult for me to get time to discuss with the insurer. Moreover, there was very little transparency into how limits in my coverage impacted my rate. With SunGolde, they did an intensive review of my previous policy as well as my current situation and my largest areas of risk. They were very sensitive of my time and provided me a comprehensive proposal and several quotes at no cost. They walked me through individual coverage items and addressed my primary areas of concern. But they also educated me on several other areas of risk that I had not considered. The best part of all this was that my rate decreased by 15-20% with much more coverage. They assisted me with every step of the transition process, and even after transferring my insurance, they remain in contact to ensure that they continue to exceed my expectations.
