After being so frustrated with my auto car insurance that I’ve had for 30+ years I decided to change companies. Of course I was quite concerned with making this kind of a move since 21st century always took good care of me until they changed companies now called Toggle. Getting through to them on the phone was next to impossible with sometimes a 4 to 5 hour hold time. So I was told by a friend to try and call Mercury Insurance and Martha Gonzalez at Sun Pacific insurance Was extremely kind, helpful, and especially patient with me.
