I have been insured by Jeff and Holli for over 10 years. I’ve never seen another insurance agent care as much as they do about making sure we have the proper protection. We recently had a large claim related to a sewer pipe; American family processed and paid the claim in just a few days with no hassle. The Stipp’s are amazing!

I have had my homeowners and auto insurance with Jeff Stipp for a few years now. Jeff’s team at American Family Insurance are 2nd to none! They are thorough, personable, patient, great at answering questions and explaining details.
They respond to emails quickly and are great at returning telephone calls.
They offer various ways on saving me money & who doesn’t like saving money ?!?
They are hands down the best!
I’d like to give a special shout-out to Holli Stipp who goes above and beyond!

Jeff and Holly are awesome. I've been with them about 20 years. Luckily I've only needed their assistance twice but when I did, they made it easy and took care of me. The rates are good with American Family as well. Definitely recommend.

I have two policies with am/fam, One for my daughter’s auto policy, and one for myself. I recently changed vehicles to an upgrade on Friday afternoon. Saved me from extreme circumstances. - from bring broadsided by speeding teenager to natural disasters damage ro my forrested Property. And is eothrr of thrm are not available forbsome readon Holli’s mother who runs the office was ans is available.
