Longtime customer who has remained so strictly due to Jacky Yeh who is unique in this field. Fast and sharp support while showing genuine care beyond what's within your policy. Everyone in this office has been great which is a relief when it comes to insurance. You're dealing with people who actually care and listen to you and not just an agent reading off a playbook. They should cast this office in the next State Farm ad with CP3. It would lend it more credibility.
