We have had Steven Lefler as a agent for over 20 years. We can call and be taken care of by Steven or June immediately with the best customer service ever. We have never found the need to shop around for insurance because of the outstanding customer service and the best rates for our needs. Our family all has their insurance with them also . Steve Lefler and June walker are two of the best and finest ins. agents I have ever dealt with. I had a condo flood back in october, Steve and June jumped right on things. Set up out teams to get us cleaned up and back together again. These two people were so awesome and helpful. I would highly recommend Steve Lefler and June Walker of state farm . they went above and beyond to help get us and our home back in order and looking good.

Absolutely terrible customer experience with this agency. Impossible to get a hold of which is unnerving if I ever needed claims guidance. Multiple changes made on my policy without my authorization. Im incredibly disappointed with the professionalism of this agency. I have never left a bad review, but this has just been too much.
