A great experience overall honestly. I’ve been needing insurance for quite a while but just couldn’t find a reasonable rate. From being 600-1000 a month! Patricia gave me a call to get some information from me and she was very professional and helpful the entire time. Was then transferred over to Megan who was also very professional and awesome to get me a quote and honestly was surprised with how cheap it was. She even gave me some really good tips regarding insurance I honestly didn’t even know about. I would 100% recommend this agency. Give them a call ya’ll won’t be disappointed.

Canceled with them a week before a 6 month renewal of policy. Talked to one of their agents who didn’t inform me about how they usually don’t have the cancellation on the same day as renewal as it takes multiple days for the cancellation to go through (which I had placed at least 5 work days before). They charged my account a large amount of money for this 6 month payment which thankfully didn’t overdraft my account but easily could have on a different month. Really unprofessional on multiple accounts.

Highly impressed with Steve and the entire team. Their professionalism and follow through is exceptional. The real estate partnership referred to Steve Bezanis was able to get insurance specialized to the age of the properties at a tremendous cost savings. A crowning touch was when Tom called to take the payment information and save me the 5 minutes of navigating telephone options and prompts on the company telephone line to set up my payment. It's nice to see a firm go the extra mile to make the process as easy as possible for their clients. Thank you and I will definitely be referring to other property owners.

The rates are so high and I switched when they couldn't help me for a hit and run in my driveway. They claim that I didn't have comp and collision on my policy but was paying an expensive rate for multi car insurance like I have full coverage

I have been a loyal customer of American family insurance for 30 years. A couple of years ago, my policies were transferred over to the Steve Bezanis agency, located in Palos Heights, IL. Our experience with them has been absolutely horrible. They, specifically Steve himself, and Rosemary, the woman who answers the phone, and apparently does nothing else, have caused me to drop American family insurance. They repeatedly overcharged me, failed to cancel policies I no longer needed, despite several phone calls asking them to do so. They continued to charge me for several months for a boat I sold, and let the coverage lapse on the boat I actually do own. They are inept to the point of corrupt, truly no one can be that stupid. They talk a good game, but never do what they say they will. Insurance coverage is way to important to trust to these incompetent people.

Wonderful service! My mother has been with American Family for about 5 years. She used to have so many other problems with her old agent before we switched over. She was very skeptical of Steven at first because of her previous experience. Steven quickly warmed her up to the actual facts of his business and what her options were. Its a wonderful thing when someone cuts through the darkness and sheds light on the situation. Haven't had a problem since, and know if we do have anything happen, Steve or someone from his lovely staff will be there for us. 🙂
