I am someone from Florida who has never even spoken to anyone affiliated from this office - but I have had my Walmart account hacked for an $80 charge addressed to an Ernest Martinez at 9134 Valley Blvd Rosemead, CA 91770 which took me here after a google search. Whatever is going on here this is not a normal State Farm, as I don't know what kind of idiot would even send a fraudulent order to an address like this. Do not ever approach this place, this guy is a scammer and I didn't even know this person to begin with. Unbelievable

Blatantly lied about not being able to not quote car insurance over the phone, even after asking multiple times to confirm. He wanted me to come in the office. Doesn't make any sense because of numerous reasons including anyone can get a quote by going online. Not sure if they are incompetent or just think I'm not worth their time, but either way I would recommend avoiding this very questionable State Farm office. I think I spoke to the primary agent, but I'm not sure.
