My wife Camille and I offer our highest praise to Spencer Hays and Ben Strock of Strock Realty. It had long been our dream to move from the East Bay to Santa Cruz and live near the ocean. A few years ago, we met Spencer and Ben and worked with them looking for the right opportunity. Over that time, they were always at the ready to answer questions and show us properties. In the summer of 2022, we found the perfect property but getting the deal together was a high-wire act between the sale of our East Bay home, rising interest rates, and negotiating the price on the Santa Cruz home. Spencer spent many days (and nights), and even time on his vacation, helping us navigate both deals. He left no stone unturned and used his considerable expertise to close the deals for us. And when we had final questions about the crawl space in the Santa Cruz home, Spencer dawned protective outer clothing and a mask, went underground and took pictures of every nook and cranny!
