I have a couple policies with Specialty Risk and have had to make 2 claims with them. Both times Austin and the team have responded quickly and gotten me taken care of. No one enjoys making insurance claims, however, this team has made my “bad days” easy to work through. Highly recommend using this insurance company for your insurance needs.

Great experience from the moment I walked in the door! Everyone in the Carthage office was very eager to find out how they could meet my house insurance needs. Sam was awesome to work with when he came out to the house. Kelsie knows her stuff, she was able to answer all of our questions and knew exactly what she needed to do to get us in and out of the office as quickly as possible. And the best part is they were able to beat my previous insurance company's premium by $800 a year with better coverage! I highly recommend
