Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Starting to feel like this company isn't even real and is a scam. I pay a hefty premium for homeowners insurance with them, and suffered heavy roof damage during Hurricane Zeta on October 26th. Filed a claim on November 4th. They sent an adjuster to inspect on November 12th, and now 39 days later I haven't heard anything back on an estimate for damages and they will not return my emails or phone calls. I'm having to repair the roof and leaks out of my own pocket, and am out the premium too. Avoid these guys at all costs.

TRASH! If I could rate no stars, I would. I was with them two years. I filed two claims in one year. one for sewage back-up and one for water leaks in home. both claims were denied and not paid. however, they dropped my coverage and flagged my account so when shopping for insurance it looks like I have received payment and I have not. so now. nobody wants to pick me up. and nobody knows anything. they are very inexpensive but you get what you pay for. good luck calling for answers. you wont get anywhere. Further, one of the claims should have been paid b/c it was covered. I had a clause on my insurance stating the coverage specifically. I am having to fight that battle as well.
