I walked in there no knowing what to expect after just leaving another insurance company. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped out immediately. Early this year my spouse was involved in one small accident (total payout of $2,000) and subsequently our former auto insurance carrier refused to renew his policy. Specifically William, the office manager, has been most helpful in resolving issues that arise periodically; reviewing my policies to make sure I am getting the most out of my policies at the best price; and taking the time to answer my myriad of questions with grace, patience, and empathy!
