High pressure over the phone. Must have blown my phone up 10 times in 2 days. Not interested & they still sent someone by. I’m not interested!! I loved the one girl when she said, “do you talk to your wife that way!!” I said, “ You don’t sound like you don’t have a husband so I don’t think you know what you’re talking about”

This company is associated with International Development Services and they are high pressure sales pushing you to make rash decisions all while charging you an outrageous price for nothing but talk. Be careful as they will come in and promise you they can save your company and money but all they have to show for it is talk. They have the sales talk and they will push you to make rash decisions and talk up all they can do for your company, but in our situation all they ever did was talk...they never showed us proof of the money they could save us. It is a complete SCAM.

We had a salesman stop at our farm. He was extremely pushy and didn't want to take no for an answer. When I told him I needed to talk to my brother and think it over he asked if he could come back. I said if you're in the area sure you can stop. He stopped again today and I told him we didn't want to do anything right now but I'd keep his card and maybe we could do something in the future. He got very upset and started insulting my business and myself. He demanded his card and brochure back. Ive had lots of cold salesman but never one demand to take his card back. I'm glad we chose not to work with them. I'm not sure they even had any experience in our industry from the way he was making his sales pitch

My referral for this business came from our external accountants. Our internal accounting department and the way we keep track of all of our labour costs were both in need of an overhaul. We made the decision to invite them in to assist us with the project after our initial contact. We have invested a lot of time and resources over the past few months in an effort to achieve these objectives. An extended and tiresome process was made tolerable by SMS and their staff.

Over the last 12 months we have experienced record growth. We were having issues keeping up with projects and our customers were starting to complain. We had used SMS in the past to help us with some restructuring and we decided to bring them in again. They helped us revamp our goals, structures and processes… They took the time to review everything we were doing to help determine what was going on. They were once again able to help us get to the bottom of most of our issues. With some additional training and some staff changes we were able to really step up our efficiency and get things back under control.

I used SMS a few years ago when I was with a different company and I knew they would be a good fit for some work we needed done. We were in the process of buying out one of the original owners and we needed help with some of the paperwork and to structure the deal. Thankfully I was able to give SMS a call and they were able to be on-site within a few days. The consultant that was sent over had an impressive understanding of our business and industry. He was able to navigate our problems in such a way that it was easy for us to understand how we had been failing so hard. I was very clear about a specific deadline that we had to meet for our sales and hired SMS to help us reach that goal in ample time. SMS worked with my staff diligently and in turn we hit that deadline. They adhered to our mission and branding and came up with creative strategies that made sense to my team.

Thankfully we were able to connect with SMS over the last couple of months. We were having issues securing a new line of credit for our business during this crisis. It was always something and they kept asking us for more information and reports. A friend had told me about SMS and how they helped him cut through some hard times he was having. They were able to come in and help us put together a complete package for the bank that was eventually approved. If it was not for their help with all the reports and information requests I dont think we would have ever crossed the finish line.
