Carlos and his team are fantastic. I used turbo tax for many years and ended up having some issues. Used another accountant, briefly, poor communication and poor work. Had a friend recommend SmartTax and we’ve been with them ever since. Very informative, very communicative. Their portal is helpful and allows you to do most everything virtually. Love the meetings we have with Carlo right before we file, he’s straightforward and extremely knowledgeable. Just the type of person you want when it comes to accounting!

I went to Carlos at SmarTax to help prepare my returns for some previous tax years, and my experience could not have been better. They were friendly and flexible in scheduling an appointment. Before my appointment, I was able to provide all my financial documents and answer questions on their taxpayer organizer through a secure website, which saved time. I've used SmarTax for my taxes on two different years. This is a family owned and run company and they are a pleasure to work with. Carlos is very good at what he does and is super friendly to visit with. They are available on weekends which is perfect if you can't get there during the week! I wish my taxes were always more complicated so I needed their services every year! I would recommend them 100 times over!

I give Karla and Carlos a 5 star rating! They are always so kind and are thorough with my taxes. This is my second year going to them and I will go again next year!
