It was completed in a very short time-with no hassle, when transferring all of our insurance policies from another insurance agency to Allstate. Allstate did all the work & we never had to contact the previous agency. Rates for Homeowners & vehicle were unbelievable. Easy to contact & prompt to reply to messages. We tell all our friends, that they should consider giving Allstate a call & compare their present rates to Allstate.

I was with this company for over 16 years with the previous agent and was very happy with the service I received. Once this new rep, Selma Karamovic,
took over the office I have had nothing but bad experiences. Both the receptionist, Katie, and pagent have no idea how to treat customers with respect. Being a customer for so many years and having had no accidents or tickets I simply asked if there was a better rate. One response I received was "have you seen the economy" and the other being " why would we lower the rate, this is Allstate ".I was speaking to them respectfully and she said she was recording so I told her I was too and was going to send it to the corporate office. She said go ahead she didn't care.

I recently was the victim of criminal damage to my vehicle. I called my agent Patrick McHugh and he immediately guided me through the process.
