I just absolutely love SIU credit union! everyone is always so friendly there! I have just recently been having issues with my account because I am on short-term disability because of an illness. And Jessica I. in bookkeeping was absolutely amazing in helping me with getting my account back on track! She was simply amazing and went above and beyond to help me! I so appreciate her very much!

My call to SIUCU was about a cluster of problems with my account, the online banking, and the app. Danielle was able to walk me through getting all three of these to work, and patiently offered suggestions until we found one that worked to let me pay my account as I needed. She spent a significant chunk of time with me, calmly suggestion options, sympathizing with my frustration, and helping me find a solution that would work for today as well as setting up a solution that will work next time.
