I have been with Sierra Oak Insurance cllient for many years now and our business workers comp insurance is handled by Adriana Hernandez at the firm. I can't say enough good things about how she handles our business and aways there for us when they are problems with the insurance or the audits and checking the best insurance companies and best rates that fits our needs when it's time for renewal. In this day & age where customer service in almost all fields is subpar, Adriana shines through with very high service standards.

Sierra Oak sold us our Worker's Comp policy for our contracting business. During that policy period, our endorsement requests took an extremely long time to process, delaying our ability to start our projects. Sometimes, up to a month. We expressed our concerns to our agent and even the owner and nothing changed. During my last conversation with the owner, Dan Brock, I told him about the frustrations we had experienced and he couldn't have cared less. This sluggish and irresponsible company is not a good fit for contractors who rely so heavily on our insurance partners. Contractors Beware!

Our experience has been with Adriana Hernandez for our company insurance needs for several years. We like the fact that we can always get answers quickly to our questions and no later than the same day. If she can't answer them she always puts us in touch with someone who can. Most of all she is very efficient, knowledgeable about her company's products, professional and super friendly. We like that in a broker.

Mayra assisted us with home and auto insurance when my wife and I purchased our first house. A Moratorium was in place for our area due to the wildfires the year prior and we were having a difficult time finding an insurance company to grant us a policy.
