Dave Slocum and Suburban Insurance is by far the best when it comes to business insurance. My company has had multiple insurance companies through the years, and there is nothing that comes close to my experience with Suburban insurance. I have a very hard time writing reviews and referring companies because I am worried about their follow through, but I refer Suburban Insurance all the time because their service is unlike anything I have ever seen from an insurance agency before. I've been working with SIA Insurance for a couple years now. Compared to the first company I worked with for my business insurance they are are a breath of fresh air. They found great rates for me and they're always very responsive. I often need certificates of insurance as part of my business and I can get one in a matter of minutes. With my last company it took days to weeks to get a certificate. That's just one small example of the difference in the level of service.

SIA is very patient and they'll explain anything and everything. They have a good program for reviewing the coverage you have and need and adjusting it when necessary. Really, they are just easy to work with and using SIA makes me feel confident that I have the right insurance for my needs. It's just one less thing to worry about as a business owner.
