Our AC went out over the weekend, I called 1st thing Monday am, they were able to fit me in at the end of the day and a week later, today, it's fixed. The parts were under warranty so the replacement took the longest. Otherwise, it would have been sooner! I have replaced 2 units with other companies and I would recommend Shell over all of them.

We Used Snell services for major home projects twice this year:
frist in May 2022 we replaced both heating?AC systems in our house and then in September 2022 we replaced heating?ac Unit in our rental property.
System Designer Jason Maturo assisted us with both projects. He was very professional, enthusiastic and provided great guidance through the whole process. He answered all our questions and went through every tiny detail of purchase and installation of a new equipment. The installation team was on-time, courteous, and provided all the instructions on how to operate a new system.
We are very happy with Snell and recommend them to you for all your heating/AC needs.

Great company---Installed my mini-split about three years ago and did a very professional installation. Had a problem during the heat wave when I am sure they were very busy, called them and they were there the same day. Josh let me know he was on the way, diagnosed , repaired and had me cool again quickly. Highly recommend for prompt and professional new installs and service!

We have used Shell Heating & AC for numerous homes and cannot give enough kudos about their work, punctuality, professionalism and value. You definitely get what you pay for with them (honestly, I feel like we get more than we pay for with them)! Unfortunately with our current home warranty we cannot use Shell and we really miss dealing with them.

Took months longer than informed to get system installed, never finished install. Gave us wrong color vents which we had to paint. After the long process of painting all fins they aren't even the correct size. Was told they would service system for no charge for 1st year. This apparently meant they do nothing for you and then you will have filters that should have been replaced 4-11 times in the 1st year that have never been serviced. Very aggravating to deal with and would recommend going elsewhere.
