I was tired of my insurance going up every year so I contacted Sharp insurance for a quote on auto, home, boat and 4 wheelers. Sharp provided me with better insurance coverage than I had and saved me A LOT of MONEY. John Sharp took the time and explained all my coverages and he is very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with him. I met all the staff there and everyone was very friendly and helpful Give them a call you will not regret it. I wish I would have called sooner.

I asked Brandi for copy of ins. card. In a matter of minutes I had a copy on my phone and one in the mail. She also was very helpful with.another issue I was.having. She went above and beyond. Sharp Family Insurance made switching very easy. I left my current insurance company after 24 years and Sharp’s shopped it and cut my rates in half. I was a little hesitant switching, but Sharp’s customer service made it easy. I would recommend anyone to give them a chance to quote your insurance needs.

I really struggle to write this review. When we first went with Sharp Family Insurance, I was really impressed. I recommended them to people, and they saved us a decent amount of money as well. Over the years, I felt like they started to lose their concern for their customers, and then things went downhill fast.
By the time we transferred to a new agent, they had placed two policies without our signature. To be completely fair one I said I did want, but then expenses came up, and I never signed the paperwork they sent to confirm it, thinking that the policy would just be put on hold until I signed. I was wrong. I got charged for it without our confirming signature, which was a bit of a shock since I was already dealing with financial struggles. The other policy I straight up refused and was completely flabbergasted and overwhelmed when I found it had been placed anyway. I called both insurance companies to call and cancel, but it was very stressful. I also am not sure if that is ethical.
They also did not update my auto policy address when we moved, so we ended up paying a lot extra for almost a year before I updated it personally, but they had my address to send newsletters to.
Basically, what I am saying is, they have the potential to be a great company, and yet something has changed over the last year or so, and it makes me feel to caution those who are already clients and those looking. I hope they can go back to being the company I highly recommended, and maybe they already are, and I just had a really bad experience with them. That is for you all to decide.

Professional, knowledgeable, patient and considerate. Mrs. Young (Rhonda) was so friendly and listened to what I needed in my policy and then did comparisons to get the best policy for me. She explained my options and answered my questions. Highly recommend Sharp Family Ins.

After both my auto and home owners policies drastically increased (with a different company), I started searching for other options. After many emails, calls, etc. I had almost given up. A neighbor recommended Sharp Family Insurance. I wasn’t hopeful, but made one last effort. To my surprise, they were able to save me money on both policies (especially the home policy). In Addition to saving money, they lowered my home deductible. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, as I needed to do everything via email or text due to my work schedule. Would certainly recommend.
