Sam always talks about being proactive on your insurance. I did a review on the insurance I had to see what he was able to offer. He was very thorough in the comparison. I have never had an agent spend that much time explaining the details of the insurance and what I needed as a business owner. I would highly recommend his services.

If I could give a zero I would as this is the amount of effort you will get from Sam. I got my insurance from Sam in 2017 with my 1st house and will never go back to Sam again. He was nice at the signing and getting paid on contract. After that I have never heard back from Sam. Multiple phone calls over the years for questions on insurance, bundle and other important things that are needed to be answered by an Insurer and never got a call back and never got any help. So I went to state farm and got over 60$ dollars saved per month and thousands per year. I was going to go to other Farmers insurers but after my experience with Sam, I said no. I don't recommend Sam and his bad business in anyway as you will most likely have your house ruined with no insurer help and will lose money by having Sam as your insurer.

When purchasing our home in Beulah, Sam saved us over $10K (before we ever made the first insurance payment), by persistently advocating for a professional roof inspection, and not taking the word of a home inspector who inspected the damaged roof and deemed it good. I couldn't say enough good things about Sam, and the thought he puts behind insuring your property and vehicles! He is a good one to have on your team.

I am torn, the agent "D" was FANTASTIC, but after decades with them she's being laid off because Mr. Proal wants to be a broker! He's losing the best part of his business! And she's getting SHAFTED!
