I have to say that this would have been a one start review, but Thara redeemed this entire company for me. I had spent enormous amounts of time trying to get my loans consolidated. I was finally re-assigned to Thara who handled everything like a rock star. When the other companies dropped the ball, she held them accountable on the spot with notes and dates. She was very saveey, paid attention to detail, and was very clear and concise about how things would play out. For the first time since my first student loan repayment 16 years ago, I felt seen, and heard, and helped, and understood. It takes patience to deal with people who struggle to understand the complexities of loans, repayment, consolidation, and the bureaucracy behind it. Student loans have drained us all and have made us feel as there is no hope for finacial freedom. The interest upon interest upon interest has been brutal due to the high interest rates and for profit-education and it has buried our generation in massive amounts of debt without much to show for it. Hard to afford a house and save for retirement when paying for school has become such a burden. I’m saying all this as a reminder to the representatives that treating a case without hurts us tremendously- financially, emotionally, physically, and mentally. These people must be empathetic and organized because this is affects us, our children, and the economy so I can’t thank Thara enough for treating my case with such a high level of importance, urgency, and care. She saw it through to completion and I’m very happy with the outcome. You can tell when the representative helping you is going to pull through and fight for you, and I could tell this with her right away. Thank you!!

If you need a job I suggest going elsewhere. The owner is a self absorbed, cynical, full of himself type of guy. God forbid if a person has personal issues that they need to take care of because he will FIRE YOU. His type of collections is just for his bank account. He also picks his favorites and gives them collectible accounts. Also the main focal point of his business is to get as many consolidations as possible to line his pockets 10 fold. Avoid this narcissistic fool. That is all.
