I came into the Self Help Crestwood Credit Union Branch today to get help with a problem. Kathy did an excellent job by offering exemplary service. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and very thorough in responding to our banking needs. I am truly grateful for her fantastic service and commitment to help. This bank branch is THE BEST!!!

Buyers and realtors BEWARE. They cant close a loan and their communication is awful. We were supposed to close on the 22nd and it's not the 28th and we have no communication on where the file stands. Do not use this company for a mortgage!

I have to give MAJOR KUDOS to Brittany, Branch Manager of the Crestwood branch, as well as the rest of the ream at this location. I have had nothing but the greatest of service from all of the former Seaway locations, however, a week and a half ago, Brittany out shined all! I was in a dire situation just minutes before closing, and Brittany was not only patient and kind, but was extremely skilled and helpful in assisting me a challenging issue that I could have never accomplished without her situation. Even the person on the other end of the transaction (bank to bank) even remarked about the outstanding service provided, and thanked Brittany as well. In my experience professionalism combined with authentic empathy, concern, and care has been messing in multiple areas of commerce, medicine, education, etc over the last decade and. A half, or so. Brittany brought all of this, and more to my transaction at a time when I needed it most.

I have often had others question my choice to remain with SHFCU, as larger banks offer a greater list of convenience and financial mechanisms. Brittany represents one of the main reasons that I stay. In my judgement, the treatment I received was no less than a family member of the team would receive.
