I would have put between 3-4 stars because of State Farm insurance as a company, but Scott Huels' office really does look out for our home and autos, even our persons.

I just got off the phone with Calvin Anderson, a team member there at Scott's location. We were going over comparisons of Life insurance, going over our vehicle coverage, and lastly revisiting our home owners insurance. Calvin was very easy to talk to, open and honest when speaking about my current life insurance (if they could match or beat what I currently have). But he also took great care in thoroughly combing through our home and autos insurance plans to see where we could save money without effecting our coverage.

Calvin wasn't pushy AT ALL during the entire call, leaving me with info to talk over with my husband and to call back at a later time.

THIS is the reason they get 5 stars. I know most insurance companies are a blah to work with, so it doesn't really matter who you are insured through. What does matter is the team you pick to represent you FOR that insurance company. We picked a fantastic team and aren't going anywhere anytime soon.
