Insurance went up $100/month or an approximate 50% increase between December 2023 and December 2024 with no accidents or tickets. Very predatory business tactic from insurance companies as a whole; be aware! (:

Appreciate the follow up from Scott Brown. I’ve adjusted my review to three stars, as my concerns are not solely reflective of this specific insurer, but rather State Farm as a whole. However, I believe this feedback should be escalated to corporate if they are imposing predatory price increases on their customers. After finding more competitive rates elsewhere, we decided to cancel our State Farm policy.

The customer service has been perfect every time. They are considerate of my time and always make sure I understand insurance complexities.
