Rude and condescending. After being asked several questions about why I needed the insurance and how I found out about his business, I expressed concern about the fact that the owner had no knowledge of why I needed coverage in light Traveler's lists him as a Broker on their website and has not worked with customers that have similar business needs. Broker told me good luck and hung up on me. Would never recommend this person to do business with anyone I know, especially in the community in which I live. If you aren't going to take the time to be in the business, get to know people and their needs, be kind and be a resource, or get another profession. Rude!
