I have had my business insurance with State Farm and Chris Schultz ever since we started our business. I can say without hesitation that Chris and his team are the best insurance people I’ve worked with.

As a company, pricing as well as timing are always important and there were numerous times when we’ve found ourselves in situations where we had to make last minute requests that needed addressed “yesterday” or when we needed an immediate upgrade on our policy because of one reason or another.

Chris and his team, especially Emily, had always stepped up to the plate and delivered, regardless of the request.

If I was to do a short characterization of their team and of their customer service, I’d say: personable, attentive and generally willing to address any questions or concerns as well as quote anything, almost immediately!

Whether your needs are business or personal, you’ll have a hard time finding a better insurance agency then this.

Chris Shultz state farm office in Morton Grove recently made a major mistake and sent my personal medical records to my wife's ex home which I have never lived. My wife was able to retrieve this information, unfortunately her ex called Chris's state farm office in Morton Grove and asked for another set of records to be sent to him. The office made no attempt to verify who they were speaking to and sent him another set of my records. In a letter written by Chris admitting they knew it was not me and a photo of the caller I'd showing it was my wife's ex calling. Chris's office has met me and my wife's ex, he has a thick European accent, I DO NOT!
This incompatince has led to my family having to go through major financial and emotional issues.
We went to the authorities and Chris and his office have refused to cooperate.
I also spoke with Joanne Hawk in the state farm escalations department. Everyone at state farm has refused to help or acknowledge what they have done to our family and lives. Again we have a letter from Chris admitting what they did and no one at state farm will take responsibility. I am extremely disappointed with state farm and everyone involved in this situation. I strongly urge anyone who is insured with state farm to leave and take your business elsewhere. They do not stand by their customers and will turn their backs on you when you need them.
