Your feet are stomped on every step of the way. Student assistance is awful. Get ready to drive up to the school at least 9 subsequent times. If you're in the Promise Program? You're SCREWED. One week you qualify, one week you don't. So much of my time wasted just to immediately get kicked out of the program as soon as I make ONE mistake. Yet it's perfectly fine when they made numerous mistakes. Student resources are poor and extremely inconvenient to navigate. Don't even get me started on the nickeling and diming they do. The vending machines are rarely checked on, enjoy spending loads of cash on unhealthy expired snacks. They charge you FULL PRICE for DIGITAL BOOKS. Isn't the point of books being overpriced the fact that they're physical, tangible things? The Barnes and noble is laughable, nothing but prioritizing marketability over literary merit. Excessive amount of manga for all the "nerds" who don't even like them. The general goods are priced worse than medical care, around 10-13$ for four batteries. You can buy a 20 pack of batteries for that same price. Classes are fine, but some professors clearly need more training with blackboard. Also, that roundabout is a complete constructing failure, awful design at it's peak. Overall, I'd compare this college to a dying front lawn that's being spray painted green.

Decent looking campus. The gymnasium looks a bit run down. Outdoor view looks nice enough for a picnic. My only experience here is attending a Robotics Competition in 2022.

My son had classes here to transfer to a university and the classes and instructors was fine. The problem is getting the transcript sent to the university. He was on a deadline and over a week after requesting the transcript be sent electronically it still hadn’t been sent. We had to go pick up a printed sealed official transcript to hand deliver to the university. After multiple calls and no one wants to help. They could have saved us hours by just pushing some buttons and doing their jobs.

So 1st of all the phone systems are awful. Be prepared to 1. Never be able to reach someone or 2. Be transfered multiple times before being told to just leave a vm. Its rare to reach who you need over the phone.

Furthermore, It's 7 18 2024 and there is only 1 person working the desk for admissions and there is a line of over 15 people, waiting just for a ticket # to speak to someone or drop off transcripts.

Admission's attention was terrible and we lost a lot of time my daughter and I waiting for someone to take care of us. I think they should improve this service.

My experience at San Jac. College was good and bad. But the people that I met, inspired me to keep moving forward. I love when my friends just talk to me when I didn't understand things. I wanna say Thank you, San Jac. Theatre of making those lost boys and girls find something. And that was themselves when we ACTED THE PART, in this mad world. Experience should be practice to prepare themselves for safety to head to a better life. #2013-2015

I usually get very helpful staff in person but through the phone , the advisors kept transferring me from one advisor to another while I was simply waiting for an answer and was never told I was going to be transferred in the first place. I'm not sure if it's this location were they advisors are at but I called the San Jacinto number. I told them I needed help with my gpa as different gpas pop up on my side and not one was able to look it up after being transferred 2x. Both females too. Very unprofessional.

I’m a recent graduate of the CDl program being taught by Alex Threadville and Jordan Threadville. The instructors were awesome with the teaching of the principles, techniques and procedures when it comes to trucking. I have to admit in the beginning I had some concerns personally with the driving experience however these two men addressed those concerns and gave me a much brighter aspect of driving and the benefits associated with it. Gary the manager was amazing with addressing the maintenance and repairs of the trucks and trailers. We didn’t experience some complications here and there with the trucks but he was able to come through with the trucks. I have to give these 3 men 5 stars but overall it’s 3 stars just due to the accessibility and availability of the trucks and also the timeliness of being able to test after the completion of the course. Those of us were given the opportunity to practice the week prior to our test due to Gary making strides to make that happen for us. I had to wait almost 3 weeks to test as well some of my other classmates. I do appreciate the Vice Chancellor Sarah Janes for stepping up with opening the practice session up to us and also fixing the trucks. Thank you for giving me to tools to obtain my class A license.
