Very unprofessional canceling a very well needed service without notice or any kind of communication, as soon my bank let me know about the rejection of the payment ( I was out of the country), on 07/28 I came back to the states on 07/31, no notice was sent via mail nor email ( CA has a period of grace before companies cancel the service).we tried calling to solve the issue but they us our policy was canceled on 07/28. I am reporting this company to the BBB as well NAIC.

And thanks for saving us fro you ,glad to know after many years how bad this little office is.

Received quotes for two vehicles and a homeonwer's policy from Michael Lischke, an agent at this agency. After receiving the quotes and discussing them with the agent, he completely ghosted me and stopped responding to phone calls, emails and texts - costing me valuable time to get a new homeowner's policy. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.

One of the worst insurance agency (agent) ever. Never call them to discuss your next insurance policy because they will never response your email or call after the payment. Please stay away from them.

I'd give 0 if I could customer service rep named "hilda" is a total jerk, she is very rude, not helpful at all, and its always so hard to reach her, it's like she hates her job dont know why she's even employed!!
