I've been a customer for about 3 years now. So far I'm very happy with them. They're about average on price. I could find cheaper but Samm's is very professional and does really good work. The sales rep I worked with recently to get a repair quote from made it very clear what things were optional, recommended, important, etc and I didn't feel like he was trying to "upsell" me on anything. The repair crew who just left did an excellent job, explained everything they were doing, and seemed very thorough. No complaints.

Amy set me up with Jordan to replace a failed cooling coil and replace a duct board plenum with a high-quality metal plenum with dampers. Less than 3-days after my initial call, the work was done, and the end result looks like a professional commercial grade installation rather than a residential one. It is easy to recommend Samm's. My experience was excellent from start to finish. They exceeded my expectations with every step. The team has the details dialed in. The proposal was clear and packed with value. The install day was nothing short of amazing. They called to let me know they were coming. Then, two crews showed up and started the prep work including covering the floors. They communicated during the process and cleaned up as if no one was there. The group that handled the planning and install of a complete
Seer 17 system - ac, heater and all new ductwork in my personal home was exceptional!
They handled all communication in a timely and very complete
manner, kept me informed as work progressed, worked hard
and very long until the job was complete. This was all done in the heat without ac.
I highly recommend their work and attention to detail and
their positive attitude throughout this process.
