I've written a review before, but it was years ago. I felt the need to write another. I have most of our cars + life insurance under SF. I've tried other insurance companies for my kid's cars throughout the year, and let me tell you, the customer service alone does not compare to SF. I can pick up the phone and call Annette (she's probably tired of hearing my voice); she is always sweet and helpful. We totaled one of our cars a few months back, and it was so easy to file a claim and have everything taken care of. The entire staff is always helpful; our policy has roadside assistance that has saved us countless times. I would recommend it to everyone!
