If you're considering selling your home, give turnkey properties a call. Knowing that I was a first-time seller, the agent took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. They ensured I was comfortable with every process step before moving forward.

Be extremely careful doing business with Saint Louis Investments. They claim to fix up properties and sell them to OUT OF TOWN OWNERS with tenants in them and they tell you no need to go see the properties. The properties they sell are complete garbage, the property management they recommend is terrible (can't even collect the rents) and the prices that they charge for these homes is WAY OVER MARKET. This is a LOSE, LOSE, LOSE. STEER CLEAR UNLESS YOU LIKE LOSING MONEY AND HAVING SLUM PROPERTIES WITH CONSTANT PROBLEMS.
