Jordan the young man who is general manager is mature way beyond his age and Knowledgeable On all your pest control needs. Emily, the young lady who schedules appointments is very professional and does wonderful job of setting up scheduling and communicating with customers. I highly recommend this business!

This used to be a great company. We have had a contract for about 3 years now. At first they did an amazing job, treating every nook and cranny outside my house. Wasps, ants, snakes, rodents, you name it, they treated for it. If you found a problem or saw an increase in activity, call and they would immediately come back out and retreat.

Over the past few months, this place has become a dumpster fire! They scheduled appointments without notifying me. In the last appointment I forgot about the appointment (no reminder from the company like before) so the inside was not completed. I called asked for a retreat on the outside due to more activity and asked if they could complete the inside at the same time.

The service tech called to let me know he was on the way to do the inside only. This was the last miscommunication for me. I cancelled my service today.

There were a couple other issues in the past but the previous management made it right with no issues. It seems that management team has left and the new one did not adopt their style of customer service. It is a shame, truly was one service I did not have to ever worry about!

First of all this place does not spray for cockroaches. I live in an apartment complex. every since we using this company we’ve been seeing a lot of roaches something we have never seen in the four years that I’ve lived here so then when I start asking questions I’m told by my manager, and by the exterminator himself that they do not spray for roaches, but on the other hand, if the roach walks through the chemical he will die first of all how Lure them to walk-through it. On top of this, they give you no time of arrival not even an estimated time I am disabled from a stroke no use of my left arm. I had to have someone pick me up this morning at 9 AM. The apartment manager told me they would be there around 11. I get home now and I’m told they just did it so now I’m left to sit outside because I was dropped off for four hours. These people are not professional. They are not prompt and they do not care about anybody but themselves so sad to do somebody like this when they’re disabled. I was even sent a bill because I wasn’t able to get things out of the top cabinets , I have one arm give me a break but this time I’ve done everything right and they still didn’t show up so that I could come home. Shame on you. OK so I had to come back and edit this review because as soon as I posted, I was called by this company and hollered at or whatever telling me my my review has no merit but yes, my review has merit I warn them that if they called me again, I would get them for harassment proved that they’ve called me and I have voicemails that they left me. I have a right to make a review on anybody about anything whether they like it or not that is my right you cannot call and harass someone for making a review on their business to see what I can have done about this

Derek, the owner of Safer Solutions, came to my home today to do a free termite inspection at my home for a price quote. During the inspection, he came across a dead mouse in a trap and removed it from my garage & he also also removed some leftover garbage from the air-duct work that was left behind by another contractor last year. I would say that Derek definitely went the extra mile since I had not paid him a penny yet! That is what I call top-notch professionalism, because he goes the the extra mile. The other "pest control guy" that quoted me just 2 hours prior to Derek, nonchalantly moved the trapped mouse out of his way a bit and ignored it. Derek actually cared about this and proceeded to remove it for me. I did not ask him to, he offered to! He did not have to at all.. I had not paid him a penny to do anything yet! Listen, stuff like that matters to customers, but even more to potential customers like me. So, to say that I came away very impressed with Safer Solutions Plus Pest & Termite would be a profound understatement. Thanks Derek!
