The HVAC service (Safe Air Conditioning. LLC) we recently engaged was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! Their commitment to punctuality was truly commendable, with Carlos arriving precisely on schedule, minimizing any disruption to our daily routine. I was particularly impressed by the dedication to honesty and price transparency, providing clear and concise explanations of our HVAC system's condition and potential maintenance needs by doing proper diagnostics Hector suggested that run capacitor wasn't actually broke therefore doesn't need replacement and found out that one of the line voltage wires burnt. The main issue was low refrigerant causing the system to short cycle making the compressor to over amp and overheat resulted in melted wire. He could've easily run up the cost and upsell me to kingdom come, but no this person has ITEGRITY and HONESTY built into his character rest assure you will not be cheated and scammed by this contractor. I really felt confident in their expertise and professionalism and would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable trustworthy HVAC care.

I highly recommend Safe Air. They are very professional. When our heating stopped working, they came out promptly, diagnosed the problem and replaced a faulty part. some places just seem to want to sell you a whole new system so often. They do good work at a fair price.
