I had not shopped around for insurance for quite some time. When I got notice of yet another renewal rate increase, I decided to do so. I filled the State Farm quote request online and my info was sent to Ryan Hume’s agency. This was on a Saturday. First thing Monday morning I get a call from one of the account managers, Teri. She is fabulous. We started working on options and quotes for both home and auto right away. I knew I was in good hands immediately. Her professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness and patience with my many questions was comforting. We had everything worked out in no time. I realized the “other company” did not really care about their clients. I am now saving hundreds of dollars a month with much better coverage. And I now have a local agent - yay! Thank you for a wonderful experience. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend this State Farm agency!

My wife and I switched insurance companies last summer to State Farm. We chose this office based on reviews and my prior relationship with Ryan from our interactions in the local chamber of commerce. They were also very competitive. We have been more than pleased with the service they provide as well as the outstanding customer service from their support team. Teri and Tracy have been wonderful but their whole team is excellent. We are very glad that we switched to them.

I cannot say enough about Ryan Hume’s State Farm office. I had a referral from a friend and when I called about getting a quote to move all our insurance they were so helpful in every way! They were friendly, competent, and very straight forward. Needless to say…. Quotes were super competitive and I moved everything today! Great people! Check them out today!
